How to Rent a Car

Choose Your Vehicle

Browse our fleet online or call us. Select your preferred vehicle category — Economy, SUV, Safari 4x4, Luxury, or Minibus.

Confirm Your Booking

Provide Documents

Present a valid driving licence (Kenyan or International), National ID or Passport, and a deposit payment.

Pick Up Your Car

Collect from our Kisumu HQ (Oginga Odinga St) or Eldoret Branch (Uganda Road), or request hotel/airport delivery.

Driver Requirements

Minimum age: 23 years for self-drive rentals

Valid driving licence held for at least 2 years

Kenyan driving licence or International Driving Permit (IDP)

Valid National ID or Passport

Credit/Debit card or M-Pesa for deposit and payment

Clean driving record (no major convictions in past 3 years)

Cancellation & Liability

Cancellation Policy

✅ 48+ hours before: Full refund of deposit

⚠️ 24–48 hours before: 50% refund of deposit

❌ Less than 24 hours: No refund — deposit forfeited

🔄 Rescheduling: Free with 24+ hours notice

Renter Responsibilities

•Return vehicle in same condition as received

•Fuel must be returned at same level

•Traffic fines are renter's responsibility

•No smoking in vehicles

•No off-road driving without prior agreement

•Report any accidents immediately
